Weekly sessions atm (different focus each week):
– Monday 5:30-6:30pm _ Movement Training
– Monday 6:45-7:45pm _ Inverse Universe – Open level inversions&mobility training
– Wednesday 6:30-8pm _ Handstand & Mobility – intermediate
All times are CET.
I will record the sessions sometimes (if participants are ok with it), so if you want to join, but are not free at the time, contact me to get the recording.
